Order Processing & Dispatch
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, depending on the size and nature of the item. Once dispatched, please allow 2–5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail or courier (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Limited Edition Prints
All limited edition giclée prints are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please email annebardsleyart@gmail.com before placing your order. Orders must be placed by 12pm to qualify for this service.
Original Artwork
Next day delivery is available on request, please email annebardsleyart@gmail.com before ordering. Orders must be placed by 12pm to guarantee next-day dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, including house name or number and postcode. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes will be made in time.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check with your local sorting office, as missed delivery cards are not always left.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require the customer to cover redelivery costs. Similarly, if a delivery attempt is missed and the item is returned due to non-collection, the customer will be responsible for redelivery.
Delivery Delays & Issues
We aim to meet all delivery timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or adverse weather conditions. If delays are expected, we will post updates on our website to keep you informed.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly. All orders are sent with tracking, and we will investigate the status immediately to determine whether the item is delayed, lost, or awaiting collection.
Please note that any request for items to be left in a “safe place” is at the customer’s own risk. If an item goes missing after being left as requested, no refund will be issued.
In the event that your order is lost due to courier error, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, subject to availability.
Collection
Free collection from our studio in Greater Manchester may be available by arrangement, or from a nearby location depending on availability. If this is your preferred option, please email us to discuss a suitable time and place.
