Order Processing

We offer free delivery on all orders and aim to process your order within 1-3 working days depending on the size of the item. We will notify you as soon as we’ve sent your order, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive, delivering Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Limited Edition Prints

All limited edition giclee prints will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. If you require guaranteed next day delivery then please email annebardsleyart@gmail.com with your request and we’ll be happy to assist. Please note that orders need to be placed by 12pm in order to use this service.

Original Art

Delivery Address

Please check the address you give at checkout is correct, including house name/number and postcode. If after placing your order you notice the address is wrong then please contact us as soon as possible. We will make ever effort to update the information on our end before it is shipped out, but we can’t guarantee the change will be made in time and we will not be held responsible for customer error. If your order is returned to us due to customer address error then the customer is responsible for redelivery costs. The customer is also responsible for collecting from a sorting office if a delivery has been attempted but missed, any returns to us due to no collection will result in the customer paying for redelivery too.

Issues With Deliveries

We will do everything to maintain the delivery standards set out above, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances delays may occur. If a postage strike is scheduled then we’ll update our website with this information to give you as much notice as possible to account for delays. In the event that your order doesn’t arrive then please contact us as soon as possible to investigate it. All orders are sent out tracked and we will check the status of the delivery straight away to establish if it is lost, delayed or at a sorting office and ready for collection. Any request for the goods to be left in a particular place on delivery is at the customer’s own risk and in the case where an order is not subsequently delivered no refund will be given. If your order is lost due to the fault of the delivery service then we will either issue you a full refund or resend the same item (if available), refunds will be applied to the same method of payment.
