My Colour Splash Collection features unique and energetic paintings, each with a carefully crafted acrylic background that sets the mood and character of the animal. Because the soft pastel tones blend seamlessly into the background, they help bring each subject to life. In addition, I’ve developed a distinctive scribbled mark technique, which adds texture and movement to every piece. As a result, this layered approach creates a stronger emotional connection with the viewer and invites them to engage more deeply with the spirit of each animal.

This collection of oil paintings celebrates both wild and working animals. With a simplistic style, I focus on bringing out the vibrant colours of each subject while capturing their true essence. Building on this approach, I then took my experimentation further by using a more painterly style. In particular, I began incorporating the use of a palette knife, which resulted in an even more textured and dynamic visual experience.
