INSPIRATION: I met this red panda at Blackpool zoo and managed to snap a few photos, I was especially taken with this pose. This wonderful side view shows off all the amazing colours of the fur and my choice of composition for this work opens up room for a narrative. Does the red panda look sad and contemplating, or is it just on its way out for a big adventure?
