INSPIRATION: Part of a series of three works in oil, where the subject is not the focal point, rather the scene itself draws the eye and allows the viewer to exist in the same space as the subject for a brief moment of calm in the sometimes loud world of today. I chose the lamb for this piece for their innocence and warmth.
