INSPIRATION: When I visited a local farm, I met a stunning chicken that immediately caught my attention with its vibrant eyes and lively personality. The chicken’s beauty inspired me to capture its essence in oils. Although I’m relatively new to this medium, I think that I’ve successfully captured the chicken’s judgmental gaze. The chicken is depicted with a vibrant and lively aura, which is accentuated by the use of bold brushstrokes and vivid blue background. The chicken’s eyes are particularly striking, with a penetrating stare that seems to look right through you.
