INSPIRATION:During a recent visit to Edinburgh Zoo, I was inspired by a particular penguin with a smug, content expression, napping on a pile of pebbles amidst the chaos around it. I had already created a piece about this penguin but felt compelled to try different techniques to truly capture its essence. This time, I focused on experimenting with colour and composition to highlight its unique character and the serene pose that stood out to me. By exploring new artistic approaches, I aimed to bring a fresh perspective and deeper emotional connection to this piece.
